The Corpo program is something that is going to help you immensely, as long as you are willing to put in the work. It is not easy at all, and you are going to find it very difficult if you are someone who does not work out regularly. But the benefits are there, and you will reap them soon enough.
This program that we are talking about is High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. When you are engaged in this type of program, it is not your normal workout. When you are working out normally, you are keeping the same intensity. For instance, if you are running around the track at your gym, you will be going at the same pace for as many laps or minutes as you can. However, HIIT does not work in this way. It is a different way of doing the workout.
If you are running, you are going to switch around between sprints and jogging. Say you are running for 10 minutes on the track. Within those ten minutes, you will sprint for 40 second intervals, and then you are going to jog for 20 seconds. You will keep repeating this until your ten minutes are done. When you do this for the first time, you will feel a lot more tired and as if you have expelled a lot more energy. This is a good thing, and it is the intention of the program. It is all about pushing you more than usual!
